ROLE: Business Unit Leader
LOCATION: Marin, Switzerland

To strengthen my clients consumer electronics and healthcare ASIC business, They are currently looking for a new Business Unit Manager with a desire to make a difference and drive ideas in a human-sized organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own, define, deploy and communicate business unit strategy with a focus on P&L and long-term business success and profitability
• Drive technical marketing, competitive analysis, and strategic roadmap to ensure a competitive product offering
• Hand-in-hand with our Sales team ensure strategic customer relationships and partnerships
• Drive business development, go-to-market and new product introductions
• Manage engineering team developing ICs, embedded software and development tools with a focus on ultra low power ASICs for consumer and health care applications.
• Engage , alongside with the sales team, with eco-system partners at technical and commercial level to define and bring to the market new company based products
• Support strategic account plans to grow the business with existing customers and increase market shares for company products, positioning the company products for sustainable growth
Candidate Profile:
• High sense of ownership and accountability, with ability to get things done in a matrix organization
• Good analytical skills and deep understanding of the industry and IoT eco-system interaction model
• Adaptable to different industry verticals with good communication skills with people at all levels
• Strong work ethics and good organization management skills
• Teamworker, hands-on, creative thinker, good listener, being persuasive
• Problem solving approach, adaptable, flexible, good experience in conflict resolution / management
• Open minded, approachable, inspiring, good at managing remote / virtual teams
• Mentor, motivator, reliable, Influencer, respectful, empathic
Professional Requirements:
• 10 years of experience as product development or business unit manager with proven track record in managing a department with multiple reporting lines
• Excellent knowledge of the ultra low power IoT technology and market, with strong network in the industry
• Fluent in oral/written English language is a must
