Mission

For our newly established design center in Munich, we are looking for an Analog Design Lead / Manager to contribute to the
development of our state-of-the-art Integrated Current Sensors (ICS) for industrial and automotive markets.

* You will lead a team of skilled engineers to develop high-performance analog circuits, ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to mass production.
* You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, ensuring design quality, and delivering cutting-edge solutions to meet our customers' requirements.

Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of analog design engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects – from concept to mass production.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, verification, digital design, layout, and validation teams to ensure best possible integration of analog circuits into our products,
* Development teams located in Geneva and Munich.
* Participating in study phases to propose novel architectures to find the best features/performances/cost compromises.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize design processes, tools, and methodologies,
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, guidelines, and quality processes throughout the design lifecycle.
* Define project milestones, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and open communication.

Qualifications

* PhD/master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent,
* Several years of relevant industry experience with demonstrated proven record of accomplishment in high volume products for the industrial or automotive markets.
* Strong leadership skills with consistent track record of driving product delivery and operational excellence in a fast paced, dynamic environment,
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
* Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences - Fluent English language skills.
* Good knowledge of complete semiconductor development process,
* Strong expertise in analog design principles, including low noise amplifiers and signal conditioning circuits.
* Experience with hall-effect sensor technology and current sensing applications is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in analog design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE simulation, and layout tools.
* Knowledge of Automotive Quality System AEC-Q100, ISO26262 and similar standards.
