About the Role

Be part of a leading technology company driving the Smart Edge revolution with innovative silicon and software solutions. As a member of the Wireless IoT group, you’ll join the Hardware Radio team in Athens—formed after the acquisition of MEICSi—and lead the design of next-generation wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB. In this management role, you'll oversee team planning, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project execution within a dynamic and agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate team tasks to ensure proper project alignment.
• Provide technical support and review circuits developed by the team.
• Design and verify analog and mixed-signal blocks in CMOS technologies.
• Collaborate with Layout Engineers and conduct detailed layout reviews.
• Produce documentation and participate in technical design reviews.
• Support post-silicon validation and debugging using lab measurements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field, with a focus on analog circuit design.
• 5+ years of experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design in nanometer CMOS/FinFET processes.
• Experience with circuits such as ADCs, DACs, VCOs, ring oscillators, frequency dividers, analog filters, RSSI, AGC loops, voltage regulators, and bandgap references.
• Strong knowledge of low-power, low-voltage CMOS design techniques.
• Proficient in using Cadence IC design tools.
• Skilled in writing technical documentation and design reports.
• Understanding of wireless transceiver system architecture and PLL systems.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Flexible, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English.

• Background in wireless communication standards.
