About the Role

Join a leading innovator in Smart Edge technologies, developing advanced silicon and software solutions that power the next generation of connected devices. As part of the Wireless IoT group, you'll be working within the Hardware Radio team in Athens—formed after the acquisition of MEICSi—on cutting-edge MIMO Wi-Fi and Bluetooth transceivers. In this senior-level role, you’ll lead the design and verification of complex RF blocks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of high-performance wireless communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and verify advanced RF blocks in CMOS technologies.
• Conduct layout reviews and collaborate closely with Layout Engineers.
• Support receiver/transmitter system design and define sub-block specifications.
• Translate wireless standards into detailed block-level requirements.
• Create design documentation and participate in design reviews.
• Perform lab measurements and support post-silicon debugging.
• Provide technical support to customers.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with RF/analog focus.
• 12+ years of experience in RF/Analog IC design using nanometer CMOS/FinFET.
• Expertise in circuits like PAs, LNAs, RF switches, VGAs, mixers, and filters.
• Strong background in low-voltage, low-power design.
• Experience in OFDM CMOS transceivers and modem calibration techniques (e.g., DPD, AGC).
• Familiarity with RF PCB evaluation and Cadence design tools.
• Strong documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; adaptable and well-organized.
