ROLE:                   Program Manager

LOCATION:         Eindhoven, Netherlands OR Toulouse, France

SALARY:               Negotiable

DURATION:        3 months

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across assigned data domains to support the implementation of the enterprise data governance roadmap, fostering strong partnerships to execute the overall data strategy.
  • Help define and establish roles and responsibilities related to Data Governance within assigned data domains, ensuring clear accountability for data stewardship and asset management.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of comprehensive data governance practices, including data protection, quality standards, data product definitions, and the adoption of relevant policies and standards.
  • Apply data management principles, practices, and policies consistently across data domains.
  • Support the rollout of data governance policies to key stakeholders, including data stewards, by helping define workflows, processes, data lifecycle management, and business rules.
  • Contribute to the establishment of data quality metrics, regularly monitor them, and promote adherence to quality standards.
  • Participate in the development of both technology and functional roadmaps to support data management initiatives.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with 5–10 years of experience in industry or consulting roles closely tied to Data Governance and Data Management with a focus on value generation.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance and management frameworks, with proven experience in implementing federated data domains and driving data stewardship initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data and technology landscapes including transactional systems, data management processes, and analytics consumption.
  • Understanding of data governance best practices, privacy and compliance regulations, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and Generative AI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive organizational change, inspire data stewardship, and influence business functions to engage in data governance principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse, international stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics while building strong partnerships.
  • Reliable, accountable, and a proactive team player with a curious mindset, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to achieving results.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies and tools such as Jira is a plus.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is a nice-to-have.
