On behalf of our client, a global leader in advanced power solutions, we are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing initiatives across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. Based in Baden, Switzerland, this is a unique opportunity to shape and implement marketing strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

About the Role
As Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing regional marketing strategies that align with business objectives and global segment strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and communicating local go-to-market strategies, product value propositions, and positioning to align with regional and global initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Product Management, Segment Leaders, Business Development, and Sales to define value propositions and strategies tailored to vertical market trends.
  • Conducting market analyses and customer research to inform strategy and evaluate market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Leading the delivery of commercialization assets (e.g., product presentations, datasheets, ordering guides) to support product launches.
  • Driving trade show strategy and execution in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Managing regional web presence strategies, including SEO and LinkedIn engagement, to increase brand awareness.
  • Utilizing tools like Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline analysis, lead generation, and campaign management, with regular reporting to the Regional Leader.

 

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated marketing professional with a strong technical background. Key qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of technical marketing experience.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within the EMEA region.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and familiarity with internet and intranet tools.
  • Fluency in additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
