Responsibilities:
- Translate customer requirements for wireless microphone systems—used in live performance, broadcasting, television, and business communication—into product-specific quality standards.
- Develop and implement verification plans in close collaboration with Product Owners and Development teams.
- Support the agile development process by ensuring quality requirements are met throughout the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept to series production.
- Conduct hands-on quality tests and measurements to ensure product compliance with defined standards.
- Collaborate with internal testing labs and the Regulatory Compliance department to verify adherence to both national/international regulations and internal standards.
- Present, moderate, and document test results in a clear and structured manner for internal stakeholders.
- Represent the customer perspective by testing the product’s usability, robustness, and user experience to ensure top-tier quality and satisfaction.
- Serve as a technical generalist across multiple domains including mechanics, electronics, acoustics, and RF transmission.
Requirements:
- A completed degree in engineering (minimum 4 years of university education) or a 3-year technical vocational training plus technician certification in electronics, communications engineering, or mechatronics—or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of hands-on professional experience in quality assurance or quality engineering.
- Strong foundational knowledge in electronics and mechanics, with proficiency in LF (low-frequency) and HF (high-frequency) measurement technologies.
- Basic understanding of acoustics is a plus.
- Fluent in both German and English, enabling effective communication with global teams and external partners.
- A team-oriented mindset with experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
- Self-driven and responsible, with a structured and independent work style.
- Naturally curious, open to new ideas, and committed to continuous personal and professional development.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a strong advantage.
