We are working closely with a client who are looking for an experienced Physical Implementation Engineer to support high-speed clock bus solutions and drive physical design innovations across multi-die (2.5D/3D) systems to meet extreme PPA goals, including methodology development, cross-die integration, and end-to-end STCO/DTCO tool evolution.

You will need the following experience:

• Experienced in back-end physical design and verification for large-scale chips using high-speed design flows/tools
• Hands-on with high-speed clock bus and Chiplet/3DIC planning or implementation
• Knowledgeable in mainstream semiconductor processes and process analysis
• Able to align market needs with chip architecture and product planning
• Skilled in physical architecture, design, and signoff for Chiplet/3DIC systems
• Ideally 5-10 years with this space
