We're seeking a Senior Digital Signal Processing Engineer to contribute to the design and simulation of cutting-edge wireline algorithms for Ethernet PHY transceivers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop specifications, architecture, and micro-architecture for DSP and communication algorithms
• Build bit-exact MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++ system models
• Develop and run system-level simulation suites for copper Ethernet PHY transceivers
• Perform vector matching and verification with RTL simulations
• Define and document chip-level requirements, architecture, and verification/lab test plans
• Conduct lab testing and debugging of ASICs
• Develop technical documentation and support customer applications

Requirements

• PhD in Digital Signal Processing or Master’s with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong foundation in Communication Theory and DSP algorithms
• Expertise in equalization, echo cancellation, timing recovery, and gain control
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++
• Previous experience architecting comms systems for high-performance ASICs is a plus
• Solid lab skills for ASIC debug and testing
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience with:
  • Wireline algorithms
  • Ethernet 802.3 PHY transceivers

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $127,000 – $203,000
• Bonus: Eligible for discretionary annual bonus
• Equity: Equity compensation available per plan documents
