📅 Work Schedule: On-site at least 3 days/week (Monday required); flexible start between 7:30–8:30, finish between 16:00–17:00
As a Process Integration Engineer, you'll play a key role in advancing semiconductor process technologies and ensuring seamless integration into production. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the process transfer team during the introduction and release of new technologies
- Driving process improvement initiatives across quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity, defectivity, and overall performance
- Leading projects and 8D teams to resolve complex integration challenges
- Translating device-level issues into actionable process/tool improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor product design and testing to process constraints
- Providing expert support for complex fab integration issues
🧠 Your Profile
Education & Experience:
- Master's degree in Applied Sciences, Electrical Engineering, or Chemistry
- At least 5 years of experience in a principal-level engineering role
