Overview:
We’re seeking a forward-thinking AI professional passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible in autonomous driving. In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge safety solutions using artificial intelligence. You will explore and develop novel approaches to risk assessment and enhance the reliability of next-generation driving systems through innovative neural network design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven approaches to improve the safety and reliability of autonomous driving systems.
  • Develop intelligent risk evaluation frameworks leveraging machine learning.
  • Adapt and evolve neural network models to address safety-critical use cases in autonomous environments.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in AI technologies, relevant safety regulations, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-world driving platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
  • Solid foundation in AI system design, including neural network architecture, AI platforms (hardware/software), and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI to safety-sensitive applications.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to lead by example and inspire collaboration across teams.
  • Familiarity with autonomous driving stacks, driving policy models, end-to-end learning, or foundational AI models is a plus.
  • Open to international travel (up to 25%).
