System Architect

ROLE:                    System Architect

LOCATION:         Neuchatel, Switzerland

SALARY:               Negotiable

DURATION:        Permanent

The System Architect will help shape the next generation of ultra-low power technologies. You’ll play a key role from system-level design to manufacturing, working closely with customers and global teams to deliver high-performance, innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define product specs and system architecture with customers and internal teams
• Lead ultra-low power design implementation
• Support smooth transition to high-volume manufacturing
• Ensure designs meet technical, quality, and customer requirements
• Collaborate across international teams to align best practices and methodologies

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (or higher)
• Proven experience in low-power electronic and hardware design
• Knowledge of wireless IoT chipsets and low-power sensor tech
• Strong grasp of digital/analog design, PCB tech, embedded software, and industrialization
• Hands-on lab experience and familiarity with RF design is a plus
• Strong communication skills and experience working with customers
• Fluent English; French or other languages a bonus
