Job Type: Full-Time Contract - 12 months 
 

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams within a large-scale Digital Transformation program. This role plays a critical part in enabling delivery excellence and advancing agile maturity across high-impact technology teams developing AI-driven and data-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and support 3 experienced Scrum teams working across digital innovation domains (R&D, business case systems, sales forecasting).
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain consistent delivery flow.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement in team processes.
• Ensure alignment between Agile team output and broader organizational objectives.
• Track and report on Agile metrics, sprint progress, and team performance.
• Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile mindset, tools, and practices.
• Support adoption of a new, harmonized Agile Ways of Working blueprint, including quarterly planning cadences.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally supporting multiple Agile teams.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Solid understanding of Agile scaling methods (SAFe experience is a plus).
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven track record in cross-functional team leadership and Agile coaching.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Teams are mature in Agile, with approx. 16 members total.
