About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the discovery and development of new opportunities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new markets, trends, customers, and partnerships, and optimizing approaches for existing markets.
- Tracking emerging technologies and solutions for key focus segments and sub-segments.
- Building relationships with suppliers, customers, and channel partners to develop innovative products and partnerships.
- Crafting growth strategies and driving execution with internal and external teams.
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborating with product management, segment management, and R&D to align future solutions with customer needs.
- Supporting commercial and technical teams in understanding customer requirements and defining growth strategies.
Key Focus Segments:
- Datacenter – AI Servers and related technologies
- 5G Telecom
- Large DC Systems for Telecom and other industries
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated professional with strong business acumen and a passion for growth. Key qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a commercial role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within the EMEA region.
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish is highly desirable.
- A creative, collaborative approach with a keen interest in learning new technologies.
- Strong digital connectivity skills for building and maintaining relationships.
