Job Title: ASIC Technical Expert

Position: Permanent / Full-time

Location: Pheonix, Arizona in United States of America

Salary Range: up to 170K US DOLLARS

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and definition of complex ASIC platforms for compute-intensive applications.
• Design sub-system level components across CPUs, AI accelerators, memory hierarchies, and interconnects.
• Spearhead integration of chiplet-based architectures using standards like UCIe and other high-bandwidth protocols.
• Optimize performance, power efficiency, and area trade-offs (PPA) in close collaboration with verification and layout teams.
• Drive system partitioning and influence floor planning decisions.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the RTL and physical implementation lifecycle.

Requirements: 

• 10+ years of ASIC design or architecture experience with a proven track record in leading complex SoC designs.
• Hands-on knowledge of 5nm or 7nm FinFET technologies.
• Deep expertise in one or more of: CPU sub-systems, AI acceleration, memory controllers, or high-throughput data pipelines.
• Strong background in chiplet-based design, including UCIe, HBI, or similar protocols.
• Excellent system-level thinking and the ability to drive architecture from concept to implementation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a distributed, high-performance team.
