Deep-tech innovator driving the next generation of silicon solutions.

This company operates at the intersection of high-performance computing, AI acceleration, and next-gen edge intelligence. With global backing and a mission to deliver powerful yet efficient SoCs on bleeding-edge process nodes, the company offers a unique opportunity for top-tier talent to shape the future of custom silicon design in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a growing ASIC engineering team across RTL, DV, Physical Design, and DFT disciplines.
  • Own the end-to-end silicon development process—from architectural planning to GDSII and post-silicon bring-up.
  • Set clear technical roadmaps, delivery schedules, and quality benchmarks in collaboration with cross-functional groups.
  • Drive best practices in ASIC design methodologies, tool flow, and documentation.
  • Engage closely with product, software, packaging, and system architects to align the silicon design with broader platform goals.

  • Demonstrated success leading full SoC or complex IP projects from specification through to tape-out and production.
  • Strong background in SoC architecture, RTL design, verification, and physical implementation.
  • Deep understanding of modern ASIC design flows, tools, and techniques—experience at 7nm or below is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Experience with geographically distributed teams and external vendor management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
