Job Title: Automation Test Engineer (Software)
Duration: 3 months
Location: Onsite – Paris, France

Job Overview:
We are seeking 2 Software Automation Engineers to support our team onsite in Paris for a 3-month engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our web-based user interfaces. You will leverage your expertise in automated testing and modern testing frameworks like Playwright.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement validation strategies and processes for frontend applications.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for frontend applications using Playwright.
• Execute automated tests, analyze results, and identify/report defects.
• Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize test performance.
• Document processes in Confluence and track tasks using Jira.
• Follow agile Kanban methodologies for task and project management.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automated testing, with strong skills in Playwright or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of testing principles and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity, results-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of additional frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
• Familiarity or interest in the EDA domain or microelectronics is advantageous.

Education:

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
